any property clubs ‘shut down’ for August, which is great if you happen to fancy taking a holiday but not so good if you are still intent on running your business in these troubled times. Our good friends Dr Dennis Coote & Hazel Reed of Hampshire Property Club are the exception though, and have made a conscious decision to put the needs of their club members before themselves. And it should be a good evening too, with guest speaker John Lee.

Wow, what a fantastic deal that is: a mortgage product that offers 100% rental cover, 85% LTV, same day remortgage, legally approved system, rates from 4.5%.
Who is the lender?
I’m sure we’d all like to know!
The only problem with the ‘mega deal’ mortgage above is that it doesn’t exist; at least not in a single product!
