any property clubs ‘shut down’ for August, which is great if you happen to fancy taking a holiday but not so good if you are still intent on running your business in these troubled times. Our good friends Dr Dennis Coote & Hazel Reed of Hampshire Property Club are the exception though, and have made a conscious decision to put the needs of their club members before themselves.
