I hope you read and enjoyed Simon Zutshi’s the Death of Property Investing report?
I know from the many thank you emails I have had that the report was very well received, and it seems that Simon has also had positive feedback because he has just announced a seminar as a physical follow-up event!

This is one event that you won’t want to miss, so whatever else you have planned I suggest you clear your diary for the weekend of the 4th and 5th October for this. Why? Because tickets for this won’t hang around for long!
Amazingly, and I’m excited about this myself, Simon has managed to convince Dolf de Roos to share the stage with him. If you don’t know who Dolf De Roos is then let me tell you that he is pretty much the most respected property expert in the world, and he very rarely comes to speak in the UK (twice this century that I know of), which in itself will mean that tickets for this event are going to sell like hot-cakes.
I’m personally a huge fan of Dolf De Roos and have read most, if not all, of his books. His book “Real Estate Riches” has sold over half a MILLION copies worldwide, and he’s written 10 subsequent best-sellers as well as being one of the “Rich Dad’s Advisors” authors. And here’s something I bet you didn’t know: Dolf is a close personal friend of Robert Kiyosaki and (according to one of the Rich Dad series of books) lives next door to him!

What has surprised me is how much awareness of Simon Zutshi’s Death of Property Investing report has spread simply via word of mouth, and Simon tells me that many thousands of copies have now been downloaded. I can only guess that when Simon reveals how to acquire credit-crunch affected properties at bargain prices, without needing either a mortgage or cash, it’s hard not to talk about it!
And if you do decide to go on the seminar – and you’ll be missing a huge opportunity if you don’t – Simon is offering what he calls “fast action bonuses” as an added incentive for people to sign up fast. However, there are only limited numbers of them, so the longer you wait the less bonuses you’ll get. The full details are on his website.
This really is a golden opportunity to learn, from an expert, how best to profit from the biggest opportunities in the property market for the last or next 20 years, so if you do nothing else go and visit Simon’s website to get an insight into the mindset of a professional investor during the Credit Crunch.
Do this now rather than regret not doing it later:
