Bridging Finance


Bridging Finance (also sometimes referred to as Bridging Loans or just Bridge Loans) is typically a short-term loan that an individual or business uses to supply cash for a property transaction until permanent financing can be arranged. This is something that can come in very handy, depending on your particular situation. There are two main points that you need to consider before you opt for a Bridging Finance package: Your needs and the state of the property market.
